Capilano River Hatchery, to learn about and see a colorful and fascinating process of fish development from eggs to juvenile stage, when they are released to the river (in spring). Hastings Park is one of Vancouver’s largest urban parks with activities for all ages. Lynn Canyon Park in North Vancouver is a beautiful forested park with trails up and down the canyon, and a free suspension bridge that sways 50 meters above the canyon. Pacific Spirit Regional Park immediately west of Vancouver comprises of forests stretching across Point Grey and foreshore touching the Fraser River, the Strait of Georgia and Burrard Inlet.
